This is for the delivery of electricity from generation companies to the electric companies. This is a pass through cost. The present operator of the transmission infrastructure is the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP).

This represents recovery of the cost power lost due to technical and Non-technical losses. This rate is capped at 9.5%. This is a pass through charge. Q: Why is there systems loss? A: Technical system loss arises in the course of the delivery of Electricity through the wires and houses. Non-technical system loss covers the cost of pilfered electricity.
This goes to the electric company. This includes the cost of metering, its Reading, operation and maintenance of power metering facilities.
This goes to the electric company. This includes the cost of rendering Service to customers, such as billing, collection, customer assistance and associated services.
This is a non-bypassable charged remitted to the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM). This has three components:

Environmental Charge (EC), Missionary Electrification (ME) and Stranded Cost (SC).
